Alphabet Fitness offers a kinesthetic alphabet for kids. It is the 1st program for children that links fitness to the 26 letters of the alphabet.
• Designed by Wellness, Inc, in collaboration with a physical therapist and dance director, this playful new format for kid communication helps fight illiteracy, childhood obesity & stress related disorders.
