Alphabet A*Kid*Do Spawned from the pre-literacy language education of Alphabet Fitness, Alphabet A*Kid*Do is an advanced movement concept for "physical thinking" as kids sequence alphabet letter-forms into words. The program is a playful interpretation for 3-8 year-olds of childhood tumbling, sport visualization, and Eastern martial arts practices.

Letter C doing Aikido moves.
Administered by an Aikido instructor, Alphabet A*Kid*Do promotes flexibility, timing, quickness, compassion, and cooperation through the ABC's & 123's.
Whereas Alphabet Fitness' introductory programs train young children to physically read and write standard letters and words with coordinated body positioning and gentle stretching, Alphabet A*Kid*Do trains them to read and write more dynamically, including cursively! This form of body-writing (gross-motor activity) prepares children for handwriting (fine-motor activity) while developing language-related fitness.
Our playful adaptation of the art of Aikido reflects our mutual sharing of respect, fitness, balance, centeredness, and caring. Its importance stems from the emphasis on preparation, being well-focused, and gaining confidence through the linking of physical and mental knowledge.
Alphabet Yoga Alphabet Yoga introduces yoga stretches and balance through the ABC's and 123's, and is recommended for 3-6 year-old children.
Alphabet Dance Alphabet Dance introduces a variety of dance movement through alphabet and number skills, and is recommended for 3-6 year-old children.
Alphabet Athletes Alphabet Athletes enhances cardio/respiration, strength, speed, accuracy and coordination through the ABC's and 123's, and is recommended for 3-6 year-old children.
