Founded in 1956 by President Eisenhower, The President’s Challenge focuses on Getting America Moving.
The President’s Challenge now invites Head Start Centers, Pre-schools, Home Schoolers, Elementary schools, & Special Ed programs to participate in Wellness, Inc.’s Alphabet Fitness programs & game activities.
Individual children, or whole classes, can now have their Alphabet Fitness activity points logged online at the President’s Challenge website.
Participants are eligible for the Presidential Active Life Style Awards. Schools may also challenge & track one another on line!
NOTE: Alphabet Fitness™ aligns with State & National educational Frameworks for language acquisition, fitness, and early childhood education, as well as UN Article 31, Rights of Child to Play, & School Wellness Policy Mandates.

Challenge Physical Activity & Fitness Awards Program (PALA).

childhood obesity, and stress related diseases, adding
Alphabet Fitness© WorkOuts & game activities
enables the President’s Challenge to broaden
accessibility to children of all motor skill levels with a
fun new way to stretch, spell, and be well.
Just like athletes, all children need to condition their
body’s muscles to grow well, feel well, and perform
well. In the same way athletes practice sports to train
their bodies and minds for peak performance,
Alphabet Fitness uses its playful alphabet letters to
train kids’ bodies and minds for peak performance!
